Andrea’s experience includes all phases of software, systems development, and documenting business processes, plus an extensive background in managing multiple projects from inception to completion, building and strengthening process-driven teams, and improving overall quality performance. She also possesses strong management experience in all process areas, including project integration, scope, cost, time, risk, communication, human resources, quality and procurement, and significant experience in interfacing with the exterior client.
Key accomplishments in Andrea’s career include analysis of business processes and developing in-depth understanding of client business challenges. She has performed activity and data modeling and developed process flow diagrams. Her BPR leadership and professional insight continues to initiate strategies and process improvements that increase efficiencies and reduce cost. She has analyzed BPR methodologies and developed methodology enhancements to support emerging client needs, and has identified and evaluated best practices, created and evaluated performance measurements, worked in collaboration with key stakeholders and management decision makers, and facilitated and provided training.
Andrea wants to make a difference in the community where she was raised and bring economical growth opportunities into the Cherokee Nation area. She wants to help provide people with the means to actually accomplish the pursuit of happiness and to ensure the knowledge and opportunities for utilizing the renewable resources available. She wants to ensure that the renewable resources can provide the tribes with the ability to improve education, healthcare, and the overall living standards for tribal members and tribal lands. Andrea believes the power of a unified family and community can accomplish anything.
